The € 800 million Elounda Hills development in Crete has entered its first phase of construction following the signing of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreements with construction firms AKTOR S.A. and Domiki Kritis. Located on the northeastern coast of Crete near Elounda, overlooking Mirabello Bay, the project represents one of the largest tourism and hospitality investments currently underway in Greece.

U Resort, part of D Group, has received approval from the Greek Parliament to secure a 40-year concession agreement for the operation, management and redevelopment of the Vasilitsa National Ski Center in northwestern Greece. The € 36 million investment project will transform Vasilitsa into a modern, year-round mountain destination.

The European Union has unveiled the European Tech Champions Initiative 2.0 (ETCI 2.0), a major investment programme designed to help Europe's most promising technology companies grow into global leaders. Supported by all 27 EU member states and the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group, the initiative aims to mobilise up to € 80 billion in investment and support more than 1,500 European scale-ups.

Greece's Ministry of Culture announced in 2024 a premium tourism initiative offering visitors the opportunity to experience the Acropolis outside normal public opening hours. The exclusive two-hour tours are available between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., before the archaeological site opens to the public, and 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., after regular visiting hours. Priced at € 5,000 per group, each private tour accommodates a maximum of five people and is available in seven langua
