The € 380 Million VORIA Hospitality Project to Open in May 2028

The € 380 million VORIA hospitality project in Marousi, northern Athens, is scheduled to open to the public in May 2028. Developed by North Star Entertainment, the mixed-use development is one of the largest hospitality investments currently underway in Greece.

The development will feature a 170-room, five-star hotel operated under Accor's MGallery Collection brand, a 2,000 sqm spa and wellness center, restaurants, leisure facilities, conference and event spaces, and a 1,100-seat amphitheater. The complex will also include entertainment venues, expanded public green spaces and the relocated Mont Parnes Casino.

The project is expected to create around 2,000 jobs while generating significant long-term economic returns. In addition to boosting tourism and business travel, the investment includes extensive urban improvements in Marousi, such as expanded green spaces, road infrastructure upgrades and traffic interventions, as well as improved public transport connectivity.
