Entrepreneurship Training Consultant for STEM

Navigator Consulting is tendering for an entrepreneurship training-of-trainers project in Europe. In order to complete our team, we are seeking an experienced trainer to support content development and training methodology. All training will take place in English and will be delivered by online learning platform. The training of trainers course will focus on methods of teaching entrepreneurship to secondary school students, ages 14-18. The trainers comprises high school science and technology teachers who have already undergone a series of preparatory training programmes.

In joining our team, you will be co-responsible for developing entrepreneurship training programmes that focus on narrative, group work, storytelling and discussion, rather than hard skills such as business planning, financial modelling, risk analysis, etc.

Your responsibilities will include participation in:

  • Designing the learning outcomes and training methodology;

  • Developing or sourcing content for the training course;

  • Testing and adapting it for delivery over an online learning platform;

  • Training of trainers;

  • Evaluating the results.

Your qualifications will include:

  • Background in science, technology, education, business or related area;

  • Prior experience of designing courses for secondary school students;

  • Prior experience in working with secondary school teachers;

  • In-depth understanding of entrepreneurship in education and training;

  • Excellent command of the English language.

Prior exposure to online learning would be a plus.

The project will take approximately 10-15 work days and will take place in late 2020 and early 2021, mostly online.
