Kerzner International announced plans to open a One&Only resort in Athens, Greece. This will be the One&Only Aesthesis Resort, developed together with Grivalia Holdings, on a 21-hectar beachfront estate on the Athenian Riviera.

The resort will be developed by Kerzner International in partnership with real estate investment platform Grivalia Hospitality.
It is planned the resort will include:
Villas with private pools;
A beach club;
The Chenot Spa
A fitness centre.
According to One&Only, the One&Only Aethesis will place an emphasis on privacy, the ultimate hideaway, with the majority of accommodation being secluded villas with private pools, perfect for couples or families.
In his announcement, Grivalia Hospitality Founder and Chairman George Chryssikos said that
“One&Only Aesthesis will be on one of the most iconic and cosmopolitan waterfront sites in Athens, originally designed by prominent Greek architects… Upon completion, this contemporary hybrid city resort will become the most unique high-end destination in the Mediterranean all year-round.”
The One&Only Aesthesis will the third property in Europe representing Kerzner’s strategic growth of the One&Only portfolio. Kerzner International has recently opened One & Only Portonovi in Montenegro and announced the development of the One& Only Kea Island resort in Greece.
