Nobu Hotel and Restaurant opens in Santorini, Greece




Nobu Hospitality, the global lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, has opened its first hotel and restaurant in Greece: the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini.


The Nobu Santorini Hotel is located on the caldera at Imerovigli, between Oia and Fira. It includes 25 hotel rooms, of which 5 pool villas, and a full-service spa and fitness facility and signature Nobu Restaurant.

The Nobu Hotel Santorini is managed by MonteRock International (MRI).

The launch of Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini marks the 26thhotel around the world and tenth Nobu hotel in Europe, with properties in Rome, San Sebastián, and Hamburg also in development.


Santorini is one of Greece’s most-visited island destinations, with over 2 million arrivals per year. The Santorini Airport has recently been expanded and renovated. Santorini Hotels are currently reporting 100% occupancy in September 2022.
