Our client is selling an agricultural land plot with an area of 71 stremmata (71,000 sq. m.), with 1,100 mature olive trees.

The land plot is located in Laconia, approximately 400 meters from the national highway. Altitude is 200 meters. The climate is dry but not arid.

Approximately ½ of the trees planted are Koroneiki Olives; ½ are Kalamon Olives.

The land plot has a borehole for water.

Production is 8 tonnes of olive oil per year under protected designation of origin (PDO) and 15 tonnes of Kalamon olives. The trees are 20 years or older. There is space to plan an additional 150 trees.

Annual gross income is about € 24,000 per year.
